Having an orgasm once a day reduces the risk of prostate cancer
A study conducted at Harvard University in the USA indicates that an orgasm every day reduces the risk of developing prostate cancer by about a quarter. According to the Daily Telegraph newspaper, orgasm also strengthens the immune system, improves sleep and even protects men against heart disease.
Research conducted by Harvard University School of Medicine in collaboration with Brigham and Women’s Hospital revealed that those who orgasm 21 times a month have a 22 percent less risk of developing prostate cancer. According to experts, orgasm does not have to be through sexual intercourse. Masturbation provides the same benefits.
